Returns Policy

WHAT can be returned?
Products that have been used, installed, physically altered or opened from their original packaging cannot be returned. We can't accept returns simply because you've changed your mind or ordered the wrong item(s). Only items defective from manufacturer can be returned.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
We need to be notified by email within 7 days of you receiving the faulty items. Our email address is info@optimumpower.com.au 

HOW do customers return items?
Upon email notification, we will email you a RMA number and instructions on how and where to return the faulty items. The RMA number must be printed clearly on the shipping label. Returned items and/or packages without a RMA number will be discarded without notification. Faulty items need to be shipped back to us with suitable packing materials to ensure that there will be no damage from the rigours of transit. If faulty items are damaged during return transit, your claim will be rejected. 

Upon receipt of faulty items, if determined to be defective from manufacturer, Optimum Power will promptly resupply your order or offer a full refund of the item cost (minus shipping cost).

SHIPPING for returns?
Return shipping is to be borne by the customer. Shipping of replacement items is free.
If a replacement item is out of stock, we may refund customers in the form of store credit or an item of similar value at our discretion.
